Portrait vs. Landscape
We live in a horizontal and vertical world. We see this most often when taking photo or videos and are forced between shooting portrait or landscape. The recent ubiquity of smart phones as the primary source for many of our photos and videos has meant a movement to capture more of our content in portrait than landscape picture. However this had resulted in a large mismatch between how we now take our pictures and how we view them. (more…)

A Photo a Day Challenge
Generally speaking, special occasions don’t represent what your family is like on a regular basis. That’s why they’re special. Here is a little more about two new features that are now available on the latest version of Locket (1.2.2)!
1) Media Countdown
Our goal is for you to have the best of the best memories saved on Locket. The monthly limit is in place so that you don’t end up with another 1,000 photos stored in a different place!
In order to help you keep track, we’ve added an easy way for you to see how many of each media you have left in each month. Simply click on the + button and you’ll see the numbers appear beside each media type. (more…)

Getting Personality in Pictures
Sometimes to get the real story of a moment, you have to capture the making of.
